Request:
Create, source and manage a gifting program that required a personalized card be included with each delivery as well ensuring each item be delivered just before each recipient’s birthday. The program needed to include two gifting levels and would have nearly 2500 recipients annually.
Recommendation:
We suggested branded tins to include cookies from a gourmet food company. The tins would be available in two sizes to meet the request of varying gifting levels. Our vendor agreed to the necessary terms of card insertion and timed deliveries to ensure this program would be a success.
Result:
In our second year, the program is a huge success! Each month our client provides recipient data and we produce personalized birthday cards before forwarding data and cards onto the vendor. Our vendor ships two-day air to ensure on time delivery and maximum freshness.
